The Mindwork factor

The Panhellenic Congress on management, economics and health policy is a renowned scientific event among health officials, pharma executives, health economists and academia. Every year Mindwork optimises the participants’ experience, keeping up-to-date the electronic tools and conference services for the event.

On 2016, we remodelled the congress’s dynamic webpage to achieve a smooth user experience: news, programme, personalised programme, speakers’ details, multimedia gallery, webcasting & presentations are offered.

On-site, with a view to encourage the attendees’ participation to the conference through their mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, & laptops) a tool by Panelsensor was used. During sessions live Q & A, real-time polling and event-speakers’ evaluation were provided through the platform. Also, we created an on-line tool for e-Posters (poster presentations which were evaluated during the congress and then posted on the website).
